Braza is a steakhouse experience like no other ever seen in Connecticut. Braza features fixed-price continuous tableside service where the guests can choose any or all of the twelve nightly selections of beef, lamb, pork, poultry and even some fish on occasion. Every guest starts their meal with the unlimited sumptuous buffet of fresh salads, peel-n-eat shrimp, seasonal roasted vegetables and assorted appetizers. The guests then control their tableside meat and side dish service with a small green and red sided circular chip given to each of them. The green side signals our staff to start tableside meat service, while the red side stops the service. To resume, simply display the green side again. When you decide that you have eaten enough, simply forfeit your chip to your server and he will present you with our dessert menu.

Your meat is carved tableside

Our nightly variety of 12 featured meats is all seasoned to perfection and slow-roasted over an open flame in a rotisserie, which captures their individual flavors. The savory cuts of meat are presented on skewers and sliced table side by our expertly trained staff. Our nightly selection could include such items as:

  • Filet Mignon- marinated tenderloin tips wrapped in bacon
  • Linguica Sausage- mild, highly seasoned Portuguese pork sausage
  • Roasted Pork Loin- spicy marinade, sea salt
  • Picanha- the noble part of the sirloin, seasoned with sea salt and lots of garlic
  • Skirt Steak- house marinade, sea salt
  • New York Strip Steak- marinated in sea, salt, red wine and garlic
  • Perna de Carneiro- fresh young leg of lamb sliced off the bone
  • Lombo de Porco- from the pork loin, sizzling with flavor and crusted with parmesan
  • Costela de Porco- Tender pork ribs, slow roasted to perfection
  • Frango- a variety of cuts including chicken wings and chicken thighs
  • Peito de Peru- slow roasted turkey breast, wrapped in bacon
  • Steak Tips- marinated in house special marinade then slow roasted

Once you have signaled for the tableside meat service to begin, you will receive a family style selection of side dishes and sauces to accompany your meats. A sampling of these side dishes and sauces are:

  • Brazilian Cheese Bread
  • Chimichurri Salsa
  • Fried Plantains
  • Farofa
  • Churrasco Salsa
  • Brazilian Black Beans and Rice
